As the holder of one or more Associate shares you will be a Magic Carpet Catamarans Associate and will enjoy the following benefits and rights:

> A 20 % commission on the sale price of any and all further Associate shares - the purchaser of which has been referred by you. Except that - this commission does not apply to the first 100 Associate shares sold a.k.a. Primary Associate shares - see Primary Associates at bottom of page.

> Two Space available places, per Associate share, at a 50% discount, on any of our scheduled cruises.   

> Any number of reserved places, at a 15 % discount, on any of our scheduled cruises.

> Any number of reserved private charters, at a 15 % discount, on any of our vessels.

> Access to timely, up to date, comprehensive information on all our scheduled cruises.

  > The transfer of your Associate share(s) to anyone at any time (1 month or more after the purchase date - by simply providing us with notification in writing.

Notes
> Naturally, all of the above discounts may be applied  to reducing the cost of cruises for oneself, one's family, and friends - or to realizing cash commissions for the sale of cruises - as one so chooses.

> Associate shares may be reserved with a 20 % deposit made to any Associate or directly to Magic Carpet Catamarans. The remainder shall be paid to Magic Carpet Catamarans - upon provision of legal documents. Except that - in the case of the first 100
Associate shares sold a.k.a. "Primary Associate shares", payment in full shall be paid directly to Magic Carpet Catamarans or their agent. See Primary Associates at bottom of page.

> Further Associate shares will continue to be offered at steadily increasing prices - in accordance with the directors judgement.

> Proceeds from the sale of all Associate shares shall be used solely for upgrading and expansion of facilities.

>  A one week hold on reservations, on any scheduled cruise, may be secured with a 15 % deposit  paid to any Associate - or directly to Magic Carpet Catamarans.
Reservations must be confirmed within the subsequent week with a transfer of funds to
Magic Carpet Catamarans equivalent to 35% of the overall price of the cruise.

>The remaining 50% payment must be remitted to Magic Carpet Catamarans a minimum of 4 weeks prior to departure date - subject to change at the judgement of the directors

> Requests for Space available places on any scheduled cruise may be made at any time.

> Allocation of Space available places on all cruises will be made 4 weeks prior to scheduled departure  date - subject to change at the directors judgement.

> In the event of any conflict arising over Space available places on scheduled cruises, priority will be based on the following criteria:

1. Number of Associate shares held - the more shares the higher the priority.                     
2. In the case of persons holding the same number of Associate shares, priority will be awarded to the earlier purchaser.
                                  
                                     Primary Associates.
The purchasers of the first 100 Associate shares sold a.k.a.Primary Associate shares will be designated  Primary Associates and, in addition to the benefits and rights awarded to all Associates, will also enjoy the benefits and rights as described on the web page
"The 100 best jobs in the world."

No payments for Primary Associate shares will be accepted until such time as Magic Carpet Catamarans has received commitments to purchase shares of an amount equivelant to the minimum amount of start up capital required - namely $30,000.00 U.S. 

                                      Great Expectations.

We are confident that our currents assets (in terms of both material and human resources) provide tremendous potential. Coupled with the employment of the strategy described above, we, consequently, foresee a high demand for Associate shares. This, in turn, will enable the rapid enhancement and expansion of facilities  - which, in turn, will lead to an even higher demand - thereby warranting higher Associate share prices. The inescapable result would  appear to be  a continuous upward spiraling of benefits - for all.
